Because all products are made to order, it may take a little longer for things to get to you. We value you as our customer and will do our best to have it shipped within the week. All products are made with all natural oils, butters, and colors. Some products as our products will separate during the arrival time just give it a shake and it will be fine. If you live in extreme hot climate the body butter may melt but a sit in the fridge will have it as good as new.

• Returns must be made within 15 days of your receipt date for a refund.
• Merchandise must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition.
• We regret that we do not refund original shipping costs with the return.
• Please note on the front side of your receipt or packing slip the reason for your return.
We are happy to exchange any merchandise that is defective, damaged or unused. If you will need to exchange your product, please review the information below.
• We accept exchanges on items purchased only up to 15 days after the original purchase.
• Please enclose the product you wish to exchange and your receipt. On the receipt, write instructions on what item(s) to exchange.

We ship anywhere in the United States, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands. Sorry at this time we do not ship international.
